Getting to Aced respects intellectual property rights and follows the notice-and-takedown procedures of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

A. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content stored on the service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent at the contact in Part C, including:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information (address, phone, and email if available).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

B. Counter-notice

If we removed your material because of a complaint and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same contact, including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and that you'll accept service of process from the party who filed the complaint.

C. Copyright agent

D. Repeat infringers

In appropriate cases, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

E. Changes

We may update this policy at any time by posting a new version on this page.
